Mollee was born in the Heartland of America, or well, a Kansas City suburb. As a child she never cared much for coloring books, preferring to scribble on her own. When she started at the University of Kanasas, she knew the Illustration program was for her. Mollee continues to live in Lawrence, Kansas where she works as a freelance illustrator.
